PDS Services addresses the growing complexity of specialty assets operations and management. Providing both outsourcing and consulting services, we deliver an integrated package of experience, technology, and innovation in support of specialty assets held in trusts, estates, and other fiduciary relationships. PDS Services encompasses the total range of accounting, operations, property, and asset management. Mineral, Oil, and Gas Property Management and Accounting Real Estate Management, Consulting, and Accounting Note, Mortgage, and Liabilities Management and Accounting Participant Loan Accounting We are the only independent vendor authorized to use the PDS Systems Trust Asset Management Systems Software. Consequently, our clients enjoy the advantage of an infrastructure without the direct cost.
PDS SERVICES OUTSOURCING Our Outsourcing can be utilized in a variety of ways. Full Management: PDS functions as a full-service "plug-and-play" specialty assets management and accounting department. It provides all of the operations management for specialty assets and assumes the day-to-day management of the portfolio in compliance with state, federal, and fiduciary rules and regulations. As a Full Management specialty assets department we will provide all of the operations management duties and assume the day-to-day management of the portfolio in compliance with state, federal, and fiduciary rules and regulations including the following: Purchase and sale of properties Leasing or renegotiation of leases Compliance work and reporting, including annual reviews, delinquency, decision documentation Ad valorem tax and insurance coverage tracking and payment Value-added fee structure Business development materials and sales support Design and development of industry standard procedures manuals Operations Management: PDS handles all operations and accounting and leaves management of specialty assets to the client. As an Operations Management service we will handle your trust accounting and systems, including the following: Multiple owner (including outside owner) tracking Principal and income accounting Special client, audit, and regulatory reporting Processing and accounting for asset revenues Tracking and accounting for asset-related expenses Supplying information to a trust tax preparer Tracking pending events, such as delinquencies, reviews, inspections, etc. Providing support for insurance and property tax payment Service Bureau: PDS oversees accounting and operations hardware, telecommunications equipment, and PDS Systems software. It provides clients with the full support of the PDS Companies staff, which gives our clients the advantage of our experience in support and maintenance of PDS Systems hardware and software functions.
